Are You Living the Life of  Your Dreams?

Many People, in fact most people do not know that they are the ones who are holding themselves back in life.  I mean why would anyone want to work a 12 hour day, even an 8 hour day, at a job that they only keep because it puts food on the table?

If you are one of those people, get a grip and check yourself.  Really, look in the mirror and tell yourself you are happy and see what happens.  I don’t know about you but I am working on improving myself and I am happy I am doing it.  I want to embrace a life full of abundance and positivity and it is one of my goals to have everyone I touch, do the same.

By Guest Author On May 25, 2011 No Comments

Very often I find it difficult to explore some of the key ideas of what might be termed personal development or self improvement given that ordinary words and language are far from adequate. For example, do the words ‘universal energy’ adequately capture the reality that you and I are energy, we live in a world and universe comprised solely of vibrating energy and that energy is responsive? Does the sobriquet ‘Law of Attraction’ mean different things to different people? And where do the limits lie between mind, body and spirit?

In fact, of course, there are no borders between mind, body and spirit in the same way that there are no limits between us as individuals and the universe of which we each comprise an integral and indispensable part. We are not

You Want Nothing – Your Ego Wants It All

By Guest Author On October 19, 2009 1 Comment

ego1You probably think you want more money, a bigger house, a new car or a soul mate and so on?

Well, I’m here to tell you:

You don’t.

You actually don’t want anything else than what you have right now. You don’t want the present moment to be different from what it is.

What wants all the stuff is not you. It’s your ego.

So why does your ego want it?

Because your ego believes that happiness comes from outside of you. From things and from achievements.

“If I only had (insert stereotypical object of desire here) I’d be happy.” Click here to continue reading
