Your subconscious mind can be both your partner in success and in failure. Your subconscious mind is responsible for both your success and the lack of it.
Whatever is impressed in your subconscious mind is expressed as experiences and circumstances in your life. Your subconscious mind was shaped as you were growing up. Whatever you heard saw or felt through experiences became your beliefs. In turn those beliefs became part of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind doesn’t make any difference between a lie and the truth. Every belief you may have are true for the subconscious mind.
Most of your experiences are produced by your subconscious mind and a reaction to those thoughts and beliefs of yours.
You are the seed planter and your subconscious mind is the garden. You are planting all day long with your thoughts into your subconscious mind. Depending on what you are planting you will reap in your life experiences.
If you don’t like much what you’ve seen so far, it is time to change your thought habits. It is time to plant better seeds in order to reap better results.
The first diagnosis you need to do about your thoughts is to become “aware” of them by taking a step back and just watch yourself thinking. Are your thoughts mostly positive? Are your thoughts mostly negative?
This is the main division of thoughts you need to do. What you find will give you an idea about who you are. Are you an UP personality or a DOWN personality? Lying to yourself will not help you any, so try to be honest and learn the truth in order to move forward.
Your subconscious mind is the source of your wealth
Many people get tied up in believing that fortune comes from an outside source when it really isn’t. Most rich people would tell you that their fortune was first in their mind before it materialized in money. Wealthy people are convinced that they are wealthy and even if they were to lose it all, they will end up getting rich again.
Poor people have convinced themselves that they are poor and even if they won a large amount of money tomorrow, they will lose it all over again if they had not changed their way of thinking. To keep money they would have to convince their subconscious mind. Have you ever heard of cases like these?
The only thing that needs to be done is to convince your subconscious mind that you already have wealth, regardless of the present situation. If you believe it strongly enough, your subconscious mind will do the rest.
Understanding what the subconscious mind is how it works will help you understand why you were getting the kind of results you are getting throughout your life experiences. It will help you understand your past and improve your future experiences.

This means, that he would spend twice as much time working on himself as he would on the task itself.  If you want to progress in life, no matter what your occupation may be; you need to work on YOURSELF, on you own self development MORE than anything else.  Because when you do anything else it would come into place much easier.

Why do people go see therapists? It’s because instead of putting their mental health and development into their OWN hands, they’d rather put it into the hands of someone else .

The truth is you can achieve self development for your personal and financial life yourself on your own.  As a matter of fact the therapist doesn’t do it for you, YOU do it YOURSELF.  That’s right you don’t have to do it on your own, but you can do it yourself.  Think about it, no one can do for you.  In today’s world you can find ALL the self help books and programs you could ever dream of.

Do they really work?  If you just read the book or get the program, and forget all about it later as if you’ve never heard from them, than the answer is, NO, they won’t work for you.  However, if you get into the habit of learning precious truths and tips about success in life and APPLY what you’ve learned, the answer is, YES, it does work and it has made a HUGE difference for me any thousands of other people who have applied techniques of personal development.

What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

EFT is the abbreviation for emotional freedom technique. EFT is a powerful process that can help you to experience freedom from emotional blockages which prevent the natural flow of energy in the body.

Even though, EFT is still a new technique which was developed by coach Gary Craig in the early 1990’s, it has helped thousands of people with a broad range of emotional to physical pains.

EFT has since then been adopted as the best healing technique by hundreds of therapists.  One of them is Dr. Carol Look who is teaching EFT all over the world.

What does EFT does?

EFT releases imbalances in the energy system.  Just like we have blood running through our veins, we have energy running through  our body.  Our energy system is fueled with electrical impulses.  When this energy system is being disturbed by negative emotions it is no longer working properly.  Just like your car needs to have an oil change once in a while to run smoothly, your energy system needs to be cleaned up, so to speak.

Neutralize The Bad Past Experiences

One of the great books about the law of attraction/subconscious mind category that I read said this about bad experiences: ” We may have had a bad experience which happened once, but we relieve that experience over and over and over“.  We give those past experiences an immense power by relieving  them for years and years after the experience is over.  A middle age person may relive a negative experience which happened when he was a child everyday!  We, as humans have a tendency to this on a daily basis.

One thing that many people are not aware of is that what they experiences in life are based on  their perception of the reality.  Your experiences, good or bad validate your beliefs.  In turn your beliefs bring about you experiences.  This is the reason why experiences tend to repeat themselves whether is it in relationships, health, finances or any other areas of your life.subconscious-mind-successful-manisfesting-book

Do you know of someone who has gone from one bad relationship to another? Do you know of someone who always lack money to make ends meet?  Do you know of anyone who tends to repeat the same experience over and  over?

How many times have you drawn the same experience to yourself over and over?

Learning how to neutralize the bad experience

Your life today may be affected by a long past experience that has affected you deeply when it occurred, and is is still affecting you now.  You might not even be consciously aware that you were thinking different before the incident happened.  However, your belief may have changed because of the negative experience.  What can you do about this?

1) discern what is wrong

Discern your belief.  What really is YOUR BELIEF about the experience?  If you look deep inside your beliefs, you will probably find that the truth is that you attracted the negative experience with your subconscious beliefs.

Think about your similar experiences and look for the common thread. You will usually find that the same kind of negative experience has repeated itself all through your life.

2) Make a list of your beliefs

Create two lists of your beliefs.  One list with your positive beliefs. One list with your negative beliefs.  Don’t try to lie to yourself and just write “I am attractive” or “I am not attractive”.  “I am clever” or “I am not clever” based on you TRUE belief.

This exercise will help you find out the truth about your beliefs.  Where do you stand in the  world of positivity or negativity?

3) Take charge of your beliefs

By being able to pin-point the belief behind your negative experience, you will have learnt what is the root of your negative experience and what belief is it based on.  Even if that experience reproduce itself again, you will be able to discern the reason very clearly.

Once you have done that you will need to re-program your subconscious mind about your negative beliefs.

The best way to do this is by visualization and affirmation.  Once you’ve changed the belief from the root “the subconscious mind” the negative experience will not repeat itself.

Breaking The Restricted Thinking Process

Restrictive thinking is so widely spread among the human race, that it is seen by many as a natural way of thinking.  As a matter of fact, people who are not affected by it may seem strange to the people who are.

A very good friend of mine had an extreme talent as a tailor.  she could saw the most beautiful garments you’d ever seen.  Yet, every time  would tell her that she could have her own business and make a fortune with it, she would say that she couldn’t for some kind of reasons.  She kept on making money for her boss until she retired.

Her thinking was so restricted that she would almost convince me that she really couldn’t own her own business.  Of course, I know now that she could.  However, because she thought that she couldn’t, that strong thought of hers manifested in her reality.

Your successes or failures are brought about by your way of thinking.  In turn those thoughts become the driving force of your actions.  Restricted thinking leads to restricted actions.  Restricted actions lead to restricted success or even complete failure.

If you accept your limitations so strongly, you will make them valid.  Therefore, your actions will be based on that restricted belief.  That is why so many people live a life of limitation.  Their life is as restricted as their thinking.

On the other hand, many people who have understood the thought process and how it is directly linked to their life, have been able to overcome enormous challenges and come out victorious.

Those people are the ones able to turn a bad situation into a good one.  Those people are the ones able to overcome all the odds that were against them.  They are usually the people that restricted thinking folks call “lucky”, because they are completely unaware and so foreign of the power of thoughts, and the attitude of “knowing that you can”.  This is a powerful way of thinking, which could carry you to the fulfillment of your dreams and live a satisfying life.

Those people that the masses like to call lucky, are not any luckier then anyone else is.  They just have been able to break through their restrictive thinking, and learn how to think in order to get what they want in life.

Is your job security no so secure anymore and affecting your whole being with anxiety?

Feelings of anxiety, helplessness or fear when it comes to your financial future can be distressing, and it could even cause emotional imbalance that could turn into health issues.

Many people think that if they work harder or longer hours, their situation will improve.  For a while, as they take on more and more work to relieve their financial stress their may have the illusion that their financial situation is improving.  The truth is, it is really just an illusion.  The real root of the problem is much deeper.

If you have a tooth ache it will go away for a while with a pain medicine, but it will not cure the cavity in your tooth.  It is just the same with money problems.  Your longer hours  of work or your second job will relieve the financial pain for a while, but it will not cure the real problem of your financial stress.

What most people don’t know is that money problem is not fixed by making MORE money working MORE.  Money problem can be fixed, however, by “releasing” the money problem from your mind and emotional system. Easier said than done? It may be, but is it worth trying, since it can change your life.

Releasing stress allows your intuition to guide your thoughts and actions.  Granted you might not be able to change your external situation right now, but you CAN help your emotional balance by trying to control you thoughts.

As you may know, your subconscious mind is nourished by your beliefs and thoughts.  In turn most your beliefs and thoughts are fed by what you see, hear and experience.  Here are few exercises for you to follow, that will help you to focus on good instead of bad, on positive instead of negative.

  • Take a blank page of paper and write a list of ALL the things you are grateful for.

You will see that it is much harder to feel scared and anxious by focusing on feelings of gratitude.  You would be surprised how new energy of gratitude and appreciation can bring back to solve money issues.

  • Don’t saturate yourself with bad news about the economy.

Believe it or not, taking so much disturbing news day after day is affecting your mind in such a way that it can affect your whole mood for the day, without you even being aware of it.  Again, your subconscious mind is stimulated by everything you see or hear and this will stimulated it as well.

  • Give money away anyway.

It doesn’t matter how much, but by giving something to someone more in need than you are will help build your own sense of personal empowerment.

  • Take advantage of the new technology.

Just as you take advantage of new technologies such as cell phones or and I-Pods and so forth for your personal comfort, you can take advantage of the same technology to build you subconscious mind, thoughts and emotions by using some of the great tools that are built just for that purpose.  Click and check one of them HERE

How can I be happy when the economy is sinking?

Many people are asking this question to themselves lately.  As the picture of the financial world goes into a depression, so do we.  This is why, now is the time, more than ever to learn that happiness comes from the inside, regardless of what is going on on the outside.

Would a large bank account make you happy if you were unhappy in the inside?  Probably not.  If you think long enough I am sure that you can find some examples of that.

As a matter of fact, truly happy people are happy for no outside reasons, they are happy from the inside, and they don’t find the need  to manipulate things around them to make them happy.

Unfortunately most people lack the ability to find happiness, therefore, their mind tend to register negativity rather then positivity.  Marci Shimoff, a writer about happiness says that in the course of a day if someone is given 10 compliments and one criticism, what that person will most likely retain at the end of the day is the criticism.

Happy people, on the contrary, tend to see things on the positive side.  Even something that may seem to be negative can been seen as a better and higher purpose.  Next time you face a challenge, take a moment to reflect of what better, higher purpose could the challenge you’re are facing have.

Something I was told a long time ago by my mentor and now are teaching myself is, avoid to listen to the news everyday.  Some people might argue that they need to know what is going on in the world.   Well, having a general idea of what is going on is plenty enough, you don’t need to go into the details.

Remember, you can’t change it, but you can change your subconscious mind for your own good and prosperity.  News broadcasts deliver mostly bad news, that is their job.  Your job is to be very cautious with how much of this poison for the mind you want to ingest.

Every negative thing that you hear or see has an effect on your mind and your subconscious mind.  The fact that you believe it or not to be the case doesn’t make any difference, because it just does.  In the same manner tht you can’t lose weight on bad, fat junk food, you can’t find happiness listening to the news.  Don’t nourish your brain with junk food.

Desire, But Never Want

It is very important to be aware of your words and thoughts, since the subconscious mind is shaped by them.

Words and thoughts invoke “specif images” to your mind.  For example if I say the word “fast” or the word “slow” both these words invoke certain things to you as you read them. And it does it as you might be aware of it or not.

In regard to wealth and money it is very essential that you learn how to watch out for the word “WANT“.  Want, communicates that you do “NOT HAVE” and that you are therefore in the “state of not having”.  Wanting is a perpetual sate of not having.  You can NEVER have what you WANT.

Let me explain… For example, if you are hungry and “want” to eat, this alone will not bring you food to your mouth,  as a matter of fact it would only worsen from being hungry to starving.  The fact that you will be eating is because you’ve changed the stat of “wanting” to the state of “getting” the food.

People shift their subconscious mind from wanting to another state to get what they want everyday when it comes to little or common things.  But what about the big things, the life changing things of life.

The subconscious mind is used to shifting of state for little things such as wanting to eat or wanting to sleep or wanting to watch a movie, but as for big things that you “your subconscious mind” is NOT used to have, it is harder to make that switch from wanting to having.

Creating a state of “want” for you subconscious mind will create more lack of what you want.  Again, you can never have what you want.  In your words, thoughts and feelings replace the thought of want by the thought of having, and replace want by desire which doesn’t have a co-notation of lack.

In the beginning it might be a little difficult to make believe that you have what you cannot see right now, but remember, if you think about it enough as if you already have it, eventually that is what your subconscious mind will believe.  And what your subconscious mind believes is what comes to be.

see, hear and feel what you desire and quit wanting.  Do not say things such as,  I want wealthy or I want money, but replace it by, I desrie wealth, I desire money with all my being and I am seeing it now, I am seeing myslef wealthy, I can see money all around me for the taking…. etc… These are the kind of talks that you need to have with yourself.  Do not want and do not say, I want, because chances are you will be wanting all your life.
