Some people may believe that bucket lists, also known as life lists or life wish lists, are for older people (thanks somewhat in part to the movie with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman). But this couldn’t be further from the truth. Any individual of any age can start creating a bucket list. In fact, the younger a person is when they start their life wish list, the more likely they’ll have more time to accomplish more of the things on their list.

You Want Nothing – Your Ego Wants It All
You probably think you want more money, a bigger house, a new car or a soul mate and so on?
Well, I’m here to tell you:
You don’t.
You actually don’t want anything else than what you have right now. You don’t want the present moment to be different from what it is.
What wants all the stuff is not you. It’s your ego.
So why does your ego want it?
Because your ego believes that happiness comes from outside of you. From things and from achievements.
“If I only had (insert stereotypical object of desire here) I’d be happy.”

Transdental Meditation
Transdental Meditation is a system of focusing the mind. TM (Transcendental Meditation) comes from the olden Vedic belief dating back at least 5000 years plus is a kind of meditation that applies a persistent repetition of a individual mantra.
The Transindental Meditation technique was introduced in India in 1955 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (1917-2008). Maharishi Mahesh Yogi describes the Transcendental Meditation technique as one which requires no training, is straightforward to do, and can be learned by any person. This is why, he says, the method avoids attentiveness and effort. It is educated in a consistent, seven-step course in centers offering TM.
