Transdental Meditation

dream-manifesto1Transdental Meditation is a system of focusing the mind. TM (Transcendental Meditation) comes from the olden Vedic belief dating back at least 5000 years plus is a kind of meditation that applies a persistent repetition of a individual mantra.

The Transindental Meditation technique was introduced in India in 1955 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (1917-2008). Maharishi Mahesh Yogi describes the Transcendental Meditation technique as one which requires no training, is straightforward to do, and can be learned by any person. This is why, he says, the method avoids attentiveness and effort. It is educated in a consistent, seven-step course in centers offering TM.
