in Understanding Your Subconscious

You’ve heard of the subconscious mind, and most likely if you are visiting this blog you have may be even decided to study it closely to try to understand fully what the power of the subconscious mind really is.

Fully understanding what the power of the subconscious mind could help you to change your life the way you want to.  You will stop calling what happens to you good luck, bad luck or even circumstances.

But, before you can totally master the power of your subconscious mind you need to understand the fundamentals about it.

Understanding the subconscious mind

The subconscious mind could be compared to a tape recorder.   When you press the play button of a tape recorder it will record anything that is audible.  Anything that you say, whether good or bad will be recorded as is on that tape recorder.  The tape recorder will not judge if what you are saying (recording) is true or false, it will just record it.

If you understand how a tape recorder works, then you understand how the subconscious mind works.  The subconscious mind works exactly like a tape recorder.  Whatever was recorded in your subconscious mind was recorded as is.  Your subconscious mind didn’t try to understand or judge it.  It just accepted it as it was.

You subconscious mind and your lack of money

This is why the “lack of money” in people’s lives is a cause usually found in their subconscious mind also called beliefs.  Most of us have been raised with the “recording” that there is a lack of money and a lack of good things in general.

It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not, what matters for your life is that your subconscious believes it as it was given to it.  If your subconscious mind had been fed that there is always an abundance of money that is what it would have believed and your life style will show that.

Unfortunately, very few people have been raise that way, feeding their subconscious mind with such beliefs.  The main reason for this is that still very few people are even aware of how the subconscious mind works and how it affects their lives.  Such vast ignorance of the masses has led to the lack of money of such masses as we know it.

How did our subconscious mind started to be fed “recording” negative beliefs

Even before you were able to speak and express yourself as a baby or as a toddler, you were already able to hear people speak around you and slowly started to understand what they were saying.  As a matter of fact, even before you started to understand, your subconscious mind was already recording.

For example, if from infancy you heard your parents say things such as “money doesn’t grow on trees” , “money is the root of all evil”, “rich people are bad”, “money doesn’t bring happiness” ,  so forth and so on,  that is what your subconscious recorded.

Overtime the amalgam of all such statements would have made your subconscious firmly believe that money is overall bad.  Therefore, Your subconscious mind created all possible circumstances to make sure that you never came to close to have a lot of money, because “money is bad”.

This equation works like this: Your deep beliefs enter your subconscious mind – Once the beliefs are part of the subconscious mind – They transpire into your life.

I am sure that by now you do understand how your subconscious mind works and why certain people attract money while many more others do not.  However, this doesn’t work only for money it works for anything and everything; relationships, health, weight, overall success, etc…

Changing your subconscious beliefs

Now that you understand what might be the cause of your lack of money, success or bad relationships, you might want to know how you can CHANGE your subconscious beliefs in order to get different results in your life.

In his book The Magic of Believing, Claude Bristol talks about how some well known group of people throughout history, have been brought into believing any kind of “ideas” by relentless repetitions.  Yes, repetition is a great tool that any personal development or life coach would tell you to use to reprogram your subconscious mind.  Such repetition is better known as “self talk”.

The only way to completely erase a false statement that has been engraved in your subconscious mind is to constantly repeat in your mind or out loud an opposite statement.

For example,  if you have developed a subconscious disdain for money because of negative beliefs about, such as mentioned above, you need to erase such beliefs with positive statements about money such as “ I love money and money loves me”, ” I attract money”, “I am a money magnet”“money is good and comes to good people”.  Well, I am sure you are getting the point by now!

There are of course other methods that you can use to be able to change the programming of your subconscious mind such as vision board, Hypnosis, Holosync recordings, and the overall development your knowledge about the subconscious mind and what is called the law of attraction.

In any case, there will be a time of “incubabation” or “gestation”.  This is called the law of Gender.  When you plant a seed there is a length of time between the time you plant the seed to the time you are able to see a plant sprout – this is the time of gestation – It is the same thing with your subconscious mind.

Your “repetitions” or “self talks” (using whatever is the best tool for you) will do the planting of new beliefs in your subconscious mind – After a time of gestation – Your results will be the sprout according to what you have planted.

The more will come to a deep understanding the power of your subconscious mind, the more you will be able to control your life.
